Isoforum Labo 5 High Speed Door
The Isoforum Labo 5 high speed productivity door has a self supporting frame made of multi composite material that provides advantages over traditional stainless steel door frames in pharmaceutical and clean room environments. The composite material is fully washable and will never rust or need painting. The Isoforum Labo 5 has an average speed of 48" per second and is designed to ensure cleanliness, superior sealing and reliability. The Isoforum Labo 5 includes Nergeco’s patented reinsertion guides. If accidental impact should occur, the door will reinsert itself without operator intervention.

The Nergeco multi-composites developed for the uprights provide the strength required to support the door and permit the inclusion of wiring ducts, safety cells and even a half-tunnel shape, which increases water/airtightness. Instead of assembling several parts for various functions, multi-composites provide, by two patented end plates for the right and the left, all the following functions: connections to the wall, to the roll, to the support uprights, to the motor, roll stop fall and attachment for the motor, limit switch and roll covers.

- For increased airtightness in more sensitive processes, the Isoforum Labo 5 can receive the reinforced sealing option (measured and validated by independent organization CETIAT).

- Clean with transparency
900 g/m² "rip stop" polyester fabric with stiffeners incorporated using sealed welds on both sides. Full width vision panels. Air pressure resistance: 120 Pa.
- Clean opaque
900 g/m² "rip stop" polyester fabric smooth on clean room side, with stiffeners incorporated using sealed welds on exterior side. Air pressure resistance: 80 Pa.

- Each time the detection system is activated, the opening is completely cleared as the curtain is rolled up vertically into the crossbeam at 48 inches per second. The doorway is cleared with no contact and no draft of air.
